This year they are collecting <br /> towels, blankets and stuffed animals and adding the Salvation Army. The county employees <br /> are very generous and it is certainly appreciated. <br /> 8. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON DONIPHAN FLOOD DRAINAGE (SE DONIPHAN) <br /> Quandt stated that he received a call with some concerns. <br /> Rex Hoffman 1499 Benfield Road Doniphan expressed concern on the ditch it will not drain and <br /> there were culverts in the ditch but they were taken out. He would like to see the culverts put <br /> back in because the ditch will not drain. <br /> Quandt stated he talked to Mr. Riehle and he is not sure what happened with the culverts and <br /> they will address it this winter <br /> 9. BUILDING INSPECTOR — DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING HALL <br /> COUNTY BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE Alan Pickrel was present and Lancaster stated <br /> this was approved by consent agenda.
