He lives on North Road and expressed concern if a <br /> dike will prevent the water getting back to Morris Creek and it will increase the flow in Silver <br /> Creek. He questioned if the county would have to have permits and if it would affect the flood <br /> control project at CAAP. They may not be able to control the water anyway. Steve has talked to <br /> the NRD and the culverts may help with the water. Tony stated that he has concern on the <br /> water issues and if there is anything that will even prevent what happened this spring. <br /> 2 <br />
