He reported that the organization meeting was held with Terry Baxter for the safety committee <br /> and they will be meeting again on November 1St to move forward with the next steps. He also <br /> reported that he is sending FEMA more pictures. <br /> Quandt ask about Wood River Road and Steve stated that they have not had any luck finding a <br /> company to do the Pyelograph and it needs to have the diamond grinding. He also stated that <br /> Potash road is a smooth road. Quandt ask if the county held back enough dollars to cover the <br /> necessary repairs. Steve stated that there should be enough held back. <br /> Cairo and 1 R Road are not as good as they should be. <br /> Chair called for a motion for the executive sessions for the Board of Equalization. <br /> 1:41 p.m. executive session <br /> 1:58 p.m. returned to the regular meeting <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Chair Lancaster called for committee or <br /> board member reports. Bredthauer stated that the Public Works safety met with Tim Baxter <br /> regarding the structure of the committee they will meet October 30th and again on November 6th <br /> The member will also have to be approved by the union. She also stated that they could have <br /> applied for a NIRMA ASSIST grant for some of the safety issues and the safety kits at public <br /> works. <br /> Chair Lancaster called for any other board member reports and no one responded. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chair Lancaster called for new or unfinished business and <br /> no one responded. <br /> 2:03 p.m. Meeting adjourned.
