He will come <br /> back with the specifications and a time frame for the bid opening and set the date/ <br /> Richardson ask about the amount of the quote and Mr. Klein stated it was about $127,000.00 <br /> and it is still around that amount. <br /> Quandt ask if they go out for bids if he could come back with the specs. And he stated he could. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Peterson seconded to come back with the specifications for the <br /> prosecution case management software and move forward with the process to obtain bids. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Deputy County Attorney Sarah <br /> Carstensen stated this is the best practice regarding the deposit and distribution of funds. <br /> Valorie did a lot of research and this is the policy. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to accept the best practice policy for the clerk <br /> of the district court. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen requested to put the TERC executive session on the <br /> Board of Equalization agenda for October 15th <br /> 5 F) DISCUSSION & POTENTIAL ACTION REGARDING OVERHEAD DOOR INDUSTRIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT BOND - Ms. Carstensen stated that these bonds were Industrial Development <br /> bonds from 1974 and they have been paid off. The title search has been cleared so she has <br /> prepared a resolution to transfer the real estate to Overhead Door Corporation. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer second to authorize the chair to sign the Resolution # <br /> 19-174 authorizing the conveyance of real estate pursuant to the Nebraska Industrial <br /> Development Act and satisfaction of the terms of a lease agreement with Overhead Door <br /> Corporation and sign the Warranty Deed. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Ms. Carstensen she also has bonds with Hornady that have been paid. She suggested <br /> developing a calendar to be able to track these issues and also to review contracts. <br /> 4 <br />
