Department Director,the Applicant shall have thirty(30)days to show by a preponderance <br /> of the evidence that the tower has been in use or under repair during the period of apparent <br /> abandonment. In the event the Applicant fails to show that the tower has been in use or <br /> under repair during the relevant period, the Zoning Director shall issue a final <br /> determination of abandonment of the site and the Applicant shall have seventy five (75) <br /> days thereafter to dismantle and move the tower. <br /> 14. Term. The term of the permit shall be for a period of five(5)years from August 18, <br /> 2014 unless terminated pursuant to paragraph 5. This permit shall run with the land <br /> during the permit's duration and may be transferred, conveyed and assigned by the <br /> applicant to assigns and successors-in-interest. <br /> 15. Termination of Permit. The County of Hall,Nebraska may terminate this permit in <br /> the event that Applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions, restrictions and <br /> obligations set forth herein. The Hall County Board of Supervisors shall notify the <br /> Applicant in writing setting forth the specific area of noncompliance.
