7.10:00 A.M. PUBIC HEARING FOR RENEWAL OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> NE COLORADO CELLULAR FOR A TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER - Quandt made a <br /> motion and Bredthauer seconded to open the public hearing. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Humphrey was present and stated this is the third renewal and there are no complaints and <br /> the area it kept clean. Chris Riha with NE Colorado Cellular was present. The tower is 195 foot <br /> tower and is located 1 mile south of Wood River on the west side of Highway 11. <br /> Lancaster stated she appreciates that he is here and appreciates this kind of business. <br /> Chair Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to close the public hearing. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION APPROVING RESOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT—Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve Resolution #19- <br /> 151 the Conditional use permit for NE Colorado Cellular for the tower. Bredthauer, Hartman, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 7 <br />
