Applicant shall track materials and composition of windrows and make such records available to the <br /> County upon request. <br /> Travel Conditions: <br /> Applicant will ensure suppliers will limit east/west travel with loaded truck to Husker Highway <br /> between the western Hall County line to Highway 11 and between Highway 11 and the city limits of <br /> Grand Island, Nebraska.
