14. Term. The term of the permit shall be for a period of five(5)years from the 20th day of <br /> August, 2019 unless terminated pursuant to paragraph 5. This permit shall run with the land during <br /> the permit's duration and may be transferred, conveyed and assigned by the applicant to assigns and <br /> successors-in-interest. <br /> 15. Termination of Permit. The County of Hall,Nebraska may terminate this permit in the <br /> event that Applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions, restrictions and obligations set forth <br /> herein. The Hall County Board of Supervisors shall notify the Applicant in writing setting forth the <br /> specific area of noncompliance.
