26 EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL— 12:59 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br /> 4b EXECUTIVE SESSION —ATTORNEY'S OFFICE PERSONNEL 2:00 p.m. to 2:08 p.m. <br /> 2:08 p.m. Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 17 B) SHERIFF CONRAD DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING HALL COUNTY <br /> SECURITY ISSUES - Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to authorize County <br /> Sheriff Rick Conrad and Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen to apply to NIRMA for a <br /> safety grant. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 18. COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - Bredthauer reported that College Park <br /> elected a new chair. <br /> 25 REVIEW BUILDING & LAND IMPROVEMENT RESERVE REQUEST— COPIES OF THE <br /> Building & Land reserve request were include for the county board to approve prior to payment. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Hartman seconded to authorize the chair to sign the building <br /> and Land requests. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson <br /> all voted yes and none voted no.
