HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING SPECIAL MEETING JULY 24, 2019 <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chair Lancaster called for new or unfinished business. It <br /> was brought to the board's attention regarding a problem with the sidewalk placement at the <br /> DHHS building. Mr. Quandt stated that there would be a problem with snow and rain dripping <br /> on the sidewalk with the current location. Mr. Humphrey provided him with a proposed change <br /> order to move the sidewalk to prevent this problem. The change order would be $995.93. <br /> Discussion was held. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve the $995.93 change order for the <br /> DHHS sidewalk. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Hartman & Richardson were absent.
