EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL - Richardson made a motion and
Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session. Motion carried.
10:45 a.m. to 11:17 a.m. executive session regarding personnel
EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING UNION NEGOTIATIONS
11:17 a.m. to 11:59 a.m.
16A) EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING PERSONNEL
11:59 A.M. TO 12:05 P.M.
Lancaster stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was
taken.
B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING IT DEPARTMENT—there is not action
necessary on this item.
Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to present the employees with their
evaluation. Motion carried.
BID OPENING ON THE COURTHOUSE DOORS — Mr. Humphrey recommended that the
County Board accept the bid from State Glass for $11,900.00 for the replacement doors at the
Courthouse.
Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to award the bid for the Courthouse doors to
State Glass for $11,900.00. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and
Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried.
Mr. Humphrey stated that he would like to explain some issues on the windows. Dave Martin is
the manufacturer for the windows and if you were to extend the window frames from limestone
to limestone they would not be able to remove them or clean them. If a window would have to
be repaired it would have to be repaired from the outside and have a lift to do the work. This is
a standard design for historical buildings but it is up to the Board.
He also noted that it was stated that the fire escape steps outside a building are ADA
assessable but any stair well is not ADA assessable.
Discussion was held on the board members looking at the sample window and only 2 will be
looking at them today.
Meeting adjourned at 12:10 a.m. the next meeting will be June 11, 20919 at 9:00 a.m.
ALL ei„
MC/JALC)-- ............. 0eConley Hall Count 'rk 7;1
w; t „ ;1
a"+^ 7
