Held executive session. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. Lancaster <br /> stated that no other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was taken. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried <br /> Lancaster stated that they only held one executive session regarding personnel. <br /> 13. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING IT DEPARTMENT - Discussion was <br /> held and Lancaster appointed Butch Hurst and Ron Peterson to work with Doug Drudik <br /> regarding costs in preparation for the budget. Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Chair Lancaster called for committee or <br /> board member reports. <br /> Bredthauer stated she attended the E911 meeting at the new building and they will be meeting <br /> at the end of May. She also noted that at the Regional Planning meeting there will be some <br /> zoning changes to clean up some issues. <br /> Mr. Peterson stated that he attended the Central District Health Department meeting and they <br /> are working on accreditation. He stated he also attended the Institute of Excellence class <br /> regarding dealing with conflicts it is very informational. <br /> Lancaster noted that Mr. Quandt helped with the Stuhr Museum "Raise the Roof" campaign and <br /> they were very successful. Gay noted that Bonnie Smith and Tom Oshlo also helped. <br /> Hartman reported that the Weed Board is selling the pickup and other surplus on June 12. He <br /> also stated that he would like to see the Road Department 10 hour days changed and Steve is <br /> working on having half a crew work. Hartman would like to see that changed. <br /> Quandt suggested that the dumpster should be moved out of the parking spot and he will work <br /> on that issue. <br /> New or unfinished business — Chair Lancaster called for new or unfinished business and no one <br /> responded. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the revenue from the alfalfa lease at CAAP and if it should be in <br /> the Building & Land Improvement fund or in the general fund. Lancaster stated there was only 1 <br /> year of revenue so not much history.
