RESOLUTION #19-0 5,0 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF MEADOW VIEW <br /> SUBDIVISION A TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST <br /> QUARTER(NW '/4) SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) <br /> NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST, OF THE 6th P.M., HALL COUNTY, <br /> NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> WHEREAS, KNOWN all men by these presents that Andrew Woitaszekewski a single <br /> person and Adam Woitaszewski a single person, being the owners of the land described hereon, <br /> have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted, and designated as MEADOW VIEW <br /> SUBDIVISION, in Hall County, Nebraska a tract of land located in Fractional Section Nineteen <br /> (19) and the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) Section Twenty (20), of the Township Twelve (12) <br /> North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th p.m., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br /> as set forth in attachment"A," attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Final Plat and Development Plan for <br /> MEADOW VIEW SUBDIVISION, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer and the County have agreed to a subdivision agreement for <br /> the development of MEADOW VIEW SUBDIVISION, and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 2019,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on April 30, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of MEADOW <br /> VIEW SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved and the Chair is authorized to sign the <br /> approved plat and subdivision agreement. Dedication of the streets, roads and public easements <br /> depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted. <br />
