DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON PLACING THE STATE REQUEST FOR <br /> INFORMATION (RFI) REGARDING THE VETERANS BUILDING SITE ON THE COUNTY <br /> WEBSITE - Lancaster stated that the State of Nebraska will be putting out a "Request for <br /> Information" regarding the Veterans Home site and in July there will be a meeting to review <br /> these RIF's and consider what the proper use of the buildings should be. Don Shuda, Gary <br /> Quandt, Jay Vavricek and Pam Lancaster are on a committee and they would like to place the <br /> Request for Information on the County web site. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve placing the Request for <br /> Information on the county web site. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson <br /> and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9. PUBLIC WORKS —A) DISCUSSION & CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL ACCEPTING <br /> 2019 SCRAP TIRE GRANT <br /> B) DISCUSSION & CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL APPLING FOR 2020 SCRAP TIRE <br /> GRANT— Steve Riehle stated that in February the 2019 scrap tire grant was filed electronically <br /> and it will be considered by the committee in May and will be awarded this fiscal year. <br /> He is also requesting approval to submit electronically the 2020 scrap tire grant. <br /> 2 <br />
