DISCUSSION REGARDING TIED BIDS — Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen stated <br /> she looked at some case law regarding the tie on the farm lease this is not quality of services it <br /> is just money. The nature of this contract is different. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to come back in two weeks regarding the bid <br /> on the farm lease and to contact the two bidders to be present. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Bredthauer stated that she attended the extension board <br /> meeting and noted the summer activities at the extension office. <br /> MAAA is getting ready for the new budget.
