COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Bredthauer stated that she had a phone call <br /> regarding a piece of property that was owned by the county by the airport. She distributed <br /> information to the board members. If it is not being used the county should sell it. Discussion <br /> was held on the location of the property and they will need to have more information to <br /> determine the owners and come back to the board. If it is county property there would have to <br /> be a public hearing to determine if it should be sold. <br /> Bredthauer stated that she attend a NPZA convention in Kearney they addressed zoning, <br /> landfills and mulching facilities and encouraged people to be proactive on these issues. <br /> Do not think a RB&B as a problem but there would be multiple people staying there and they <br /> are looking a different way to address zoning on their property. <br /> Lancaster reported that she attended a NEPERS meeting and noted that hundreds of <br /> thousands of dollars from retirees come back to the community. <br /> 20. EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL <br /> 21. EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING ANNUAL PERSONNEL Item 21 is for the annual <br /> performance evaluations. The board will hold both of these executive session and keep track of <br /> the time. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go into executive session. This executive <br /> session is to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual and to protect the public interest. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Richardson was absent. Motion carried. <br /> !2:54 a.m. to 1:06 p.m. executive session personnel <br /> 1:06 a.m. to 1:09 p.m. executive session regarding annual personnel evaluations. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson <br /> was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to authorize the chair to present the <br /> performance evaluation to the employee.
