Motion carried. <br /> 5. APPROVE BOARD CHAIR TO SIGN VANGUARD WEBSITE CONTRACT — Lanfear <br /> made a motion and Quandt seconded to authorize the chair to sign the Vanguard <br /> Website contract. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Quandt stated he appreciated how the County Assessor <br /> and County Attorney work together regarding the valuations on the TERC cases.
