I have a few questions on this application <br /> and would like some guidance if possible.The exemption requested is for a property that has a duplex that was built in <br /> 1996 here in Greeley County.The owner on record is Central Nebraska Community Services Inc. <br /> First issue I see is the application that has been asked for is for 2016 which is past the application period.Can they file <br /> fora previous year? <br /> Second item of question is the property is listed here in Greeley County as Central Nebraska Community Services INC. <br /> which is not what the application is stating.They are filing as Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership. I have <br /> double checked our records,there has never been a name change or corporation name change that we are finding here. <br /> Can they file on behalf of the group or does the property need to be changed to the corporation name first? <br /> Third question, how do we monitor the not for profit business as stated on the application? <br /> Fourth question is for my piece of mind. As the assessor, I am required to post a notice in the paper ten days before 1 <br /> plan to meet with the board of equalization with my recommendation on this new application before the end of <br /> January,correct? <br /> 3 <br />
