Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the application Lancaster amended <br /> the motion and Quandt seconded to grant the developer discount. <br /> Lancaster stated that there is a need for affordable housing in the community and we have <br /> choices on this board. This is a positive step for the community. <br /> Mr. Arnold thanked Mr. O'Connor and stated that he cares about the people and he has helped <br /> small business develop in the community. <br /> Mr. Purdy stated that it is amazing to see the development in his area. <br /> The vote on the motion was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> TAX CORRECTION NOTICES - County Assessor Jan Pelland presented tax correction notices <br /> #4699 to $4713 and #4721 to#4725 to be received and authorize the Chair to initial. There are <br /> 2 sets of numbers 4699 to 44713 will need to be initialed by the past chair and 4721 to 4725 will <br /> need to be initialed by the current chair. <br /> Ziola made a motion to receive and authorize the chair and past chair to initial tax correction <br /> notices#4699 to#4713 and #4721 to #4725 <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chairman McFarland called for new or unfinished <br /> business and County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and County Assessor Jan Pelland requested to <br /> update the County Board regarding TERC litigation. Mr. Zitterkopf stated that Hornady <br /> submitted a P rofessional appraisal and they made a counter proposal. They have accepted that <br /> proposal and the paperwork has been mailed to TERC. <br /> They also received a couple of appeals from K Mart and it was reported in the paper that it will <br /> be closing so the appeals have been dismissed. <br /> 9:19 A.M.
