Quandt questioned if this would be a change order and it will not. He also expressed concern <br /> on how often it would have to be painted. <br /> Lanfear noted it is best to go with the experts they have been working on this for 4 years it <br /> needs to get it done. <br /> Lancaster noted everything has to be painted. <br /> The vote on the motion was taken Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and Arnold voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Richardson encourage everyone to look at <br /> all of the trees at Stuhr Museum they have every kind you can think of. <br /> Lanfear— He stated they are working on the pillow and blanket drive for Hope Harbor and Crisis <br /> Center and will be distributing the blankets and pillows. He also noted there was another Drug <br /> Court graduation they have been doing this for 18 years and have had 750 graduates. This <br /> program changes the way they live. There have been 101 babies born and 150 children <br /> reunited with their parents. He encouraged everyone to attend. <br /> Lancaster stated she has also attended the graduations. <br /> The negotiations committee has met with the public defenders union and it is in the process of <br /> being completed. <br /> Bredthauer noted a response from Heritage Disposal at CAAP and they have been issued a <br /> construction permit. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —The board members were given the meeting schedule for <br /> 2019 by County Clerk Marla Conley. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 10:51 a.m. the next meeting will be December 11, 2018. <br /> • <br /> 0 <br /> Marla .
