They are addressing those <br /> repairs. <br /> Mid Continent Restoration will start working on the Courthouse and also Mid Plains is working <br /> on the restoration of the balcony doors. They are building a frame for the door and will make <br /> the repairs all at once. They are also starting on the windows and have contacted Allied <br /> Windows for the replacements. <br /> TRAINING — Mr. Humphrey stated that there will be active shooter training for county <br /> employees on Thursday October 18 from 9 to 11 and 1 to 4. This was opened up to all county <br /> employees. <br /> 17 REVIEW AND APPROVE CLAIMS FOR BUILDING & LAND IMPROVEMENT RESERVE or <br /> EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND— County Clerk Marla Conley provided a list of <br /> the claims for the board to review. Since the audit committee was eliminated the full board will <br /> be able to review the claims and approve them. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the claims for Building and Land and <br /> Equipment Improvement Reserve. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson <br /> and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS —Lancaster attended the Nebraska <br /> Employee Retirement Board meeting and the last 2 years they have distributed dividends. She <br /> also stated that she attended a rally in Council Bluffs that the President attended this was an <br /> excellent experience. Our Governor should be proud. <br /> Richardson noted that Todd Bahensky was recognized at the NIRMA Conference with a safety <br /> award <br /> Mr. Quandt stated that the public defender contacted him about union negotiations. <br /> 9 <br />
