Changes to the median in the north <br /> portion of the parking lot were made at the September 4, 2018 board meeting that: <br /> 1. Reduced the width of the island from 22.65 feet wide to 10.62 feet wide. <br /> 2. Install 6" stamped colored concrete median surfacing. <br /> Discussion <br /> A change order was prepared to reflect the changes to the project. The bid price of $15 per <br /> square foot for the contract item of 6" stamped colored concrete was for a number of smaller <br /> areas adjacent to the handicapped parking stalls. The median surfacing will be a larger area, so <br /> Bigzby's has agreed to a change order price of $10 per square foot for the 6" stamped colored <br /> concrete median surfacing. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approve the change order. <br /> �j'�at�t J i eh tt <br /> Steven P.
