FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS FOR THIS BUILDING <br /> Future needs for this building to consider are: <br /> A. Under the section "Priority 2" the assessment suggests an elevator. In a phone <br /> conversation with Kenneth Fredrick this is an option only if the Board wants to make <br /> the building "fully accessible". O'Keefe Elevator Co. estimated the cost to be <br /> $150,000.00. Access to all goods and services are on the main floor. <br /> B. Window replacement of all exterior windows(not budgeted) <br /> C. North half of building will need a new HVAC system installed there is $35,000 set in <br /> the Building and Land Improvement. <br /> D. The Building has Asbestos containing materials (not budgeted) Contained at this <br /> time so does not need to be removed. <br /> E. The Electrical system throughout the building is old, breaker boxes may have to be <br /> replaced. <br />
