PRIORITY 3—TOILET ROOMS <br /> The current public/staff restroom on the main floor is accessible. There are some adjustments <br /> to be made to some of the amenities, such as lowering a coat hook, making 27 inch clearance <br /> under the sink counter, adjust height of the dispensers, moving a grab bar to the correct <br /> distance and installing accessible door pulls. This will all be accomplished with in house staff. <br /> PRIORITY 4—ADDITIONAL ACCESS <br /> The current drinking fountain located in the main hallway is considered not accessible; however <br /> it was installed prior to 3/15/2012 the parallel approach is permitted and the clear floor space <br /> is not required to be centered by the ADA Standards prior to the 2010 revisions. <br /> LIFE SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br /> Life Safety Compliance will be satisfied with the addition of the ramp which is designed to <br /> accommodate both the main entrance and the South entrance of the building resulting in two <br /> egresses that will be ADA compliant. <br /> The fire alarm system is ADA compliant. <br /> There is a newer HVAC system installed serving the south half of the building. <br /> TOTAL FOR ALL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> $46,252.00 <br /> Disclaimer—( Estimates only, actual prices will vary) <br />
