` THE REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION of Hall <br /> r -- County,Grand Island,Wood River and the Villages <br /> �/ of Aida,Cairo and Donlphan,Nebraska <br /> August 2, 2018 <br /> Dear Members of the County Board: <br /> RE: Final Plat— Felske Subdivision. <br /> At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission held August 1, 2018, the <br /> above item was considered. This final plat proposed to create one lot on a 8.621 acre <br /> parcel of land located on part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty- <br /> six(26), Township Twelve (12) north, Range Eleven (11) west of the 6th P.M. Between <br /> Nebraska Highway 2 and Abbott Road west of 90th Road in Hall County.
