2.03.279NONCOMMUNITY WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM shall mean any public water supply system that is not a <br /> community water supply system. <br /> 2.03.280NON-CONFORMING BUILDING shall mean a building or portion thereof which was lawful when <br /> established but which does not conform to subsequently established zoning or zoning regulations. <br /> 2.03.281NON-CONFORMING USE shall mean a use lawful when established but which does not conform to <br /> subsequently established zoning or zoning regulation. <br /> 2.03282NON-FARM BUILDINGS are all buildings except those buildings utilized for agricultural purposes on a <br /> farmstead of twenty acres or more which produces one thousand dollars or more of farm products each year. <br /> 2.03.282.1 NON-FARM RESIDENCE any residential dwelling not located on a farm. <br /> 2.03.283 NUISANCE shall mean anything that interferes with the use or enjoyment of property, endangers personal <br /> health or safety, or is offensive to the senses such as noise, dust, odor, smoke, gas, pollution, congestion, <br /> lighting,and litter. <br /> 2.03.284NURSERY shall mean the use of a premises for the propagation, cultivation, and growth of trees, shrubs, <br /> plants, vines, and the like from seed or stock, and the sale thereof, and including the sale of trees, shrubs, <br /> plants, vines, and the like purchased elsewhere and transplanted into the soil of the premises. In connection <br /> with the sale of plants, such fungicides, insecticides, chemicals, peat moss, humus, mulches, and fertilizers as <br /> are intended to be used in preserving the life and health of the plants may be sold. <br /> 2.03.285 NURSERY SCHOOL(see Preschool) <br /> 2.03.286NURSING HOME shall mean a facility used or occupied by persons recovering from illness or suffering <br /> from infirmities of old age required skilled nursing care and related medical services and licensed by the <br /> appropriate state or federal agency or agencies. <br /> Section 3.23 Building Setback <br /> 1. The building setback lines shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance from the property <br /> line to the furthest architectural projection of the existing or proposed structure. <br /> 2. All new non-farm residences shall locate no less than at the corresponding distances provided in Section <br /> 4.02.08 from an Existing permitted LFO with more than 4-300 animal units. <br />
