Hoop houses are typically used for the purpose of <br /> growing food, ornamental crops and livestock but not for storage of inorganic materials;A hoop house for raising <br /> livestock that uses a dry bedding systems shall be treated as an open feed lot. A hoop house for raising livestock with a <br /> slatted floor, deep pit or other liquid manure management system shall be treated as environmentally controlled <br /> housing." <br /> 2.03.213HOSPITAL shall mean an institution providing health and emergency services of medical or surgical nature <br /> to human patients and injured persons and are licensed by the state to provide facilities and services in <br /> surgery,obstetrics, and general medical practice. <br /> 2.03.214HOTEL shall mean a building or portion thereof, or a group of buildings, offering transient lodging <br /> accommodations on a daily rate to the general public and providing services associated with restaurants, <br /> meeting rooms, and recreational facilities. The word "hotel" includes motel, inn, automobile court, motor inn, <br /> motor lodge, motor court,tourist court,motor hotel. <br /> 2.03.215 HOUSE TRAILER(see Dwelling: Mobile Home) <br /> 2.03.216HOUSEHOLD PET shall mean an animal that is customarily kept for personal use or enjoyment within the <br /> home. Household pet shall include but not be limited to domestic dogs, domestic cats, domestic tropical <br /> birds,fish,and rodents. <br /> 2.03.217HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY shall mean a building or group of buildings containing dwellings in <br /> which each dwelling unit is occupied by at least one person of 55 years of age or more. This does not include <br /> developments containing convalescent or nursing facilities. (Also, see Congregate Housing.) <br /> 2.03.218HOUSING FOR THE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED shall mean a building containing a dwelling or a <br /> group of dwellings in which each occupied dwelling unit is occupied by at least one physically handicapped <br /> person with a mobility impairment which requires certain construction design features for ingress, egress, and <br /> freedom of movement within the premises. <br /> Section 2.03I <br /> 2.03.218.1 IMPACT EASEMENT shall mean an easement or deed restriction recorded in the office of the <br /> County Register of Deeds.
