There are two reasons for an executive session to protect the public <br /> interest or to prevent needless harm to an individual. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. They are requesting who will be signing the contracts and they <br /> are asking for the electronic signature format. Discussion was held and Lancaster noted that <br /> the county board chair usually signs the agreements. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize the chair to sign the child support <br /> agreements.
