Arnold also <br /> noted that HHS is looking at a different facility instead of the Pine Street location so it is best to <br /> do in in two phases. <br /> Quandt asked what a rough estimated of the cost and Mr. Humphrey stated $300,000 to <br /> $350,000 <br /> Bredthauer noted that if they changed the berm they would only loose a few parking spaces. <br /> Quandt suggested using angle parking to gain more spaces. <br /> The voted on the motion to approve the letter of agreement with Olsson &Associates was <br /> taken. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Lancaster sated that she requested information regarding <br /> the remodeling of the park house. Mr. Humphrey proved a spread sheet with the projects and <br /> the costs. They updated the bathroom with a new bathtub and sink, paint and flooring. The hot <br /> water heater was about to fall through the floor so they had to rebuild the floor and also had to <br /> get a new refrigerator. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS -- Bredthauer stated that the zoning review <br /> committee met and they will hold a hearing at regional planning and then it will come to the <br /> county board. <br /> The public works committee met and D.A. Davidson was looking at the design build proposal. <br /> They will bring this forward in two weeks. They are working on the financial information and will <br /> bring it to the full board. <br /> negotiations an reported that the otiations committee will start meeting. They met with the <br /> Schuppan g <br /> attorney regarding the Sheriffs Sergeants union. <br /> Lancaster stated the negotiations committee will come back to the County Board. They do not <br /> know what they are asking for. Next year, 2019, all of the contracts will be negotiated. <br /> Chari Richardson called for other committee reports. No one responded. <br /> The meeting will be recessed for the jail tour. <br /> Members attending the jail tour will be Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Quandt and Schuppan <br /> will be attending.
