RESOLUTION#18 0 1,Q. <br /> A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br /> OF THE EAST ONE HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br /> NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION SIXTEEN,TOWNSHIP TEN NORTH, <br /> RANGE TEN,WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.IN HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br /> WHERE A S, Darling mg Inte motional hereinafter referred to as "applicant," <br /> is the owner of property <br /> in Hall County,Nebraska,to-wit: <br /> The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the East One Half(E 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br /> of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), <br /> West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, applicant has filed its renewal application to continue its use the above-described <br /> property for operating an animal rendering plant; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property is located in an AG 1 Agricultural Zone in Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> the requested use may be permitted as a conditional use pursuant to the Hall County Zoning Resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, applicant has further requested to use the above-described property for the <br /> placement of a mobile home to be used by applicant as an office for applicant's animal rendering plant; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing at its regular meeting on <br /> April 3,2018,on permittee's renewal application following published notice of said public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the requested conditional use will <br /> not adversely affect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered under the Zoning Resolution to <br /> grant said conditional use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that compliance with the specific rules governing individual <br /> conditional uses will be satisfied by compliance with the conditions contained herein and set forth below. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the powers granted under the Zoning <br /> Resolution as adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, the Hall County Board of <br /> Supervisors, hereby grants to Darling International, a Conditional Use Permit to use the above-described <br /> real estate for the purpose of operating an animal rendering plant, subject to the following conditions, <br /> restrictions and limitations: <br /> 1. The above-described said real estate must, at all times, be kept in a clean, neat and orderly <br /> condition. <br /> 2. No carcasses of dead animals, offal, spoiled meats, or putrid animal substances shall be placed <br /> or stored upon the real estate in such a way as to create an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to adjacent <br /> landowners or to the general public. <br /> 3. No uses under this Conditional Use Permit shall result in air, water or groundwater pollution <br /> that creates an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to the adjacent landowners or to the general public. <br />
