DISCUSS &APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR COOPERATIVE PRODUCE—Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve <br /> Resolution #18-011 for the conditional use permit for Cooperative Producers. Arnold, <br /> Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 16. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION CONCERNING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br /> DAY(S) OFF—Richardson stated that Bonnie Kosmicki has requested 2 days off either without <br /> pay or she could make up the hours. Discussion was held and it was decided that it would be <br /> best to take the days without pay. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to grant the board assistant 2 days off without <br /> pay. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 8. 9:40 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DARLING <br /> INTERNATIONAL— Lancaster made a motion and Lanfear seconded to open the public hearing <br /> for Darling International. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated that he and Doug Lanfear made a site visit and there were no issues and <br /> there have not been any complaints. This is a renewal for 5 years and the recommendation is <br /> to approve it. Lanfear stated the site is in good condition and there is no reason to deny it. <br /> Richardson called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Arnold seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 8 A.
