The following bids were received. Because of the number of details just the name of the <br /> company was read. <br /> Summit Food Services LLC Provide inmate commissary service kiosk system <br /> Roseville, MN and software <br /> Turnkey Corrections Provide inmate commissary service kiosks and software <br /> River Falls, WI <br /> Keefe Group Provide inmate commissary service kiosks and software <br /> Denver, CO <br /> Smart Communications Provide software solutions <br /> Seminole, FL <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Schuppan seconded to refer the bids to the Corrections <br /> Director to review and come back with a recommendation. Mr. Bahensky stated he will wait <br /> with the recommendation for 2 weeks. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> 10:30 A.M. Held a Board of Corrections meeting. <br /> 10:58 a.m. Adjourned the Board of Corrections meeting. <br /> FACILITIES— Mr. Humphrey reported that the Hall County Park will open April 13th and he <br /> encouraged the board members to come out and look at the changes at the park. He stated that <br /> the park superintendent does a very good job. <br /> He stated that the space study for the County Attorney with Berggren and Associates will start <br /> today. <br /> Arnold reported that the public works committee went to Kearney to look at their facility for <br /> public works. He noted the number of overhead doors they have for the equipment. The <br /> current Hall County facility has served its purpose and needs to be addressed. The county <br /> currently has 17 acres to use for a new facility. <br /> h about this issue and stated they also looked at the Ride facility in <br /> Schuppan need to talk ab y y <br /> Kearney. <br /> Bredthauer also toured the Kearney facility. She noted that the Ryde facility was built in <br /> Kearney in 2013 with money from the stimulus package. Hall County did not receive any of this <br /> funding because of the south Locust interchange, this used 30 years of state funding. She <br /> noted the number of employees and that Buffalo County has double the amount of roads. She <br /> also noted some of the features of the road facility. They used a bond issue to build it and Hall <br /> County is opting to design build option. She also reported that Hall County has been selected <br /> for a health statistics survey. <br /> 6 <br />
