Mr. Hansen stated <br /> that he was at the protest hearings and noted the cleanup operation on East Highway#30. He <br /> ask the board members to drive by and look at the project. They have built 2 walls that are 20 <br /> feet in the ground and 200 feet long to stop the contamination and they are going to clean up <br /> the spill. The project should be done soon. <br /> Quandt questioned when it will be completed and Mr. Hansen stated that it was supposed to be <br /> done a month ago but it has been affected by the weather, so they think it should be done in 3 <br /> to 4 weeks. <br /> 4. COUNTY ATTORNEY— EXECUTIVE SESSION PERSONNEL— Lanfear made a motion and <br /> Bredthauer seconded to go into executives session regarding personnel. This executive <br /> session is to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no.
