Richardson noted that we have spent good money on the Berggren studies and have not <br /> followed it. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the Berggren study was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and Bredthauer and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 10:30 a.m. Held a Board of corrections meeting. <br /> 10:35 a.m. Adjourned the Board of Corrections meeting and returned to the regular meeting. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS -Arnold reported that the facilities committee <br /> met and discussion was held on the parking lot project and this is a priority. There was <br /> discussion regarding a long range plan regarding closing Pine Street. The parking lot is so bad <br /> they cannot do an overlay and there was also discussion about moving the north entrance of the <br /> parking lot. There are some other ideas that they will bring to the board. <br /> Lancaster stated the issue with Senior Citizens meals are back and they hope that that would <br /> never happen again to any citizen. Senior Citizens have done everything that Midland Area on <br /> Aging has asked. There was an issue with the congregate meals and the suggested <br /> contributions.
