Arnold, Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION —Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 4. COUNTY ATTORNEY—COMMUNITY-BASED JUVENILE AID GRANT PRESENTATION BY <br /> RANDY SEE FOLLOWED BY BOARD ACTION TO APPROVE SUBMISSION OF THE GRANT <br /> APPLICATION —Juvenile Diversion Director Randy See stated that this is the juvenile aid grant <br /> that is available to Hall County and they have applied for the maximum amount. There are no <br /> changes in the program but they have had higher costs. The total will be $215,465.00. They <br /> are currently over budget by $2,000.00 and they did receive a 5% increase from last year. <br /> There were some funds that were returned because they cannot carry them forward to the next <br /> year. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the community-based juvenile aid <br /> grant. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9. FACILITIES AGENDA- RICHARDSON <br /> a) DISCUSSION AND ACTION CONCERNING NEBRASKA HISTORIC TAX CREDITS <br /> Richardson stated that the committee discussed the tax credit issue and they have had <br /> additional interest since the newspaper article and rather than hold these credits and combine <br /> them with the next project they have decided to put them out for bid again. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Lanfear seconded to advertise for bid for the tax credits for the <br /> $41,000.00 on December 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with the bids due December 18, 2017 at 5:00 <br /> p.m. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and none voted no.
