Motion carried <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS —Chairman Lancaster called for committee <br /> or board member's reports. <br /> Schuppan reported that the insurance committee met regarding the employee assistance <br /> program and had two presentations. This will be on the next agenda regarding renewal of the <br /> agreement with Family Resources. <br /> Quandt stated they met with the Public Defender and they did not have good news they have <br /> had 701 felonies filed in district court as of the first of October. The public defender is covering <br /> 2 out of 3 and they will need to discuss this to see what direction they need to go. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey reminded the board members to look at the <br /> percentage numbers in the Justice System budget. She reminded the board member of the <br /> upcoming meetings.
