Tell us about your management experience and experience in working with the public <br /> She has worked with the public in all the positions and has a good rapport with customers she <br /> was the senior county treasurer representative and was trusted that they could run the office <br /> 4. How would you describe your work skills and specifically to attention to detail? <br /> She like the challenge of learning something new and is more of a hands on person and if you <br /> do not pay attention to detail you will not get any where <br /> 5. What are your expectations of being the Hall County Election Commissioner? <br /> Dale has done a fabulous job as election commissioner and she would want to continue <br /> 6. Do you have any previous experience with elections? <br /> Yes she had worked in the election does only 3 years also helped with elections when she was <br /> in register of deeds office <br /> 7. Give us an example of a previous work situation where you were under a great deal of <br /> pressure and how did you respond? <br /> Tony stated that even though she is Hispanic she does not speak Spanish and customers would <br /> put her down but she did not take it personally <br /> 8. What is your experience with recruiting and training? <br /> She trained a number of people in the treasurer's office when she worked there <br /> 10 <br />
