Why are you interested in this position? <br /> She loves elections and has covered elections and it is the most important part of democracy <br /> and an awesome responsibility she was encourage to apply for the position <br /> 3. Tell us about your management experience and experience in working with the public <br /> She works with the public but has not had anyone under her since working at the radio station <br /> she does handle the payroll for Regional Planning there is a lot in statutes for elections have to <br /> be tactful and informative and help people understand <br /> 4. How would you describe your work skills and specifically to attention to detail? <br /> She pays attention to detail with reporting and numbers the more detail helps people <br /> understand she noted how the map making and adding information makes it clear same as <br /> elections with the census that is coming up try to be efficient as you can to avoid the splits and <br /> it requires a lot of detail <br /> 5. What are your expectations of being the Hall County Election Commissioner? <br /> She would maintain status quo Dale has raised the bar and that is important to maintain she <br /> looked at web sites and may look at updates and also expect the county board to support this <br /> office with updated equipment and also work with the state for updated equipment <br /> 6. Do you have any previous experience with elections? <br /> She has reported on elections and attended the poll workers training but has not work at a <br /> polling site <br /> 7.
