RESOLUTION#177 O14L <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND THE <br /> PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN <br /> FRACTIONAL SECTION NINETEEN (19) AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER(NW <br /> V4) SECTION TWENTY(20)ALL IN TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE <br /> NINE(9) WEST OF THE 6th P.M.,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA FROM A-1 TO PUD <br /> WHEREAS, DMBG Investments L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as"Applicant," are the <br /> owners of a tract of land located in Fractional Section Nineteen(19) and the Northwest Quarter <br /> (NW 1 ) Section Twenty(20), of the Township Twelve (12)North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br /> 6th p.m., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as set forth in attachment"A," <br /> attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS,the aforesaid tract is located within the zoning jurisdiction of Hall County; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hall County Comprehensive Plan allows for the development of Planned <br /> Unit Developments (PUDs) in the Agricultural areas of the County, and <br /> WHEREAS,a preliminary development plan and preliminary plat has been submitted in <br /> accordance with the Hall County Zoning Regulations, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hall County Board of Supervisors has conducted a public hearing on this <br /> application,and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing at <br /> their meeting on August 2,2017 and recommended approval of the rezoning and preliminary <br /> development plan and preliminary plat at that meeting following the public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hall County Board of Supervisors expects the applicant to make further <br /> application for approval of final development plans and the final plat of the Prairie Creek <br /> Meadows Subdivision. <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors consents to and <br /> approves of the preliminary development plan and changing the zoning from A-1 Agricultural <br /> Primary District to PUD Planned Unit Development and amending the Hall County Zoning Map. <br /> In addition the Hall County Board of Supervisors consents to and approves the preliminary <br /> subdivision plat of the above-described tract of land owned by Applicant. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor i ,(10 c 1'1(1 V LQ • <br /> Seconded by Supervisor 4<c1fP.R r Q ci'VhO_c_C C <br />
