There wouldn't be a lot of damage because it is a <br /> vegetable oil based paint and will wash off with water. They have to pay for the paint balls and <br /> they won't waste them. <br /> Lancaster noted that only avid players will own their own equipment and it is expensive. They <br /> learn to be respectful. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the conditional use permit for Warped <br /> Sportz Adventure Park. Motion carried. <br /> Lanfear asked if they advertise the park and Mr. Poorman stated that they do. He said that the <br /> closest park is in Lincoln. <br /> County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf stated that Hall County has not had a facility like this before so <br /> he did not know if there would be any conditions to put in the resolution for the conditional use <br /> permit. Discussion was held and the board wanted to discourage any player to not destroy <br /> public or private property. The concerns regarding parking were addressed. <br /> Lancaster stated that he does have a good track record and there are no conditions. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the conditional use permit was taken. PUBLIC WORKS—a) DISCUSS &AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN RESOLUTION TO SIGN <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF ROAD - Casey Sherlock <br /> stated that the rail safety division had a site visit at the intersection of 110th Road. They <br /> expressed concern because there is a history of 3 accidents at that intersection. The road is at <br /> an incline before the tracks and they are recommending raising the road so it will be at the same <br /> elevation as the rails. There are no gates or lights to stop people. This is a federal project and <br /> public works will do the dirt work and they will be reimbursed. This will be improving the safety <br /> of the crossing and these are the steps that have to be followed. There is a resolution and an <br /> agreement to be signed. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve Resolution #17-018 for the <br /> roadway improvement on 110th Road south of the crossing RRMP 159.42.
