Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and Quandt voted no. She appreciated their time and efforts. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Lanfear seconded to refer the bids to the facilities committee and to <br /> Mr. Webb. They will review the bids and come back with a recommendation today or they may <br /> wait 2 weeks. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes <br /> and Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BID OPENING FOR ASPHALT—Casey Sherlock returned with the bid on the asphalt he <br /> reviewed the bids and there were no errors and he recommended awarding the bid to Gary <br /> Smith Construction in the amount of$525,030.00. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lanfear seconded to award the bid to Gary Smith Construction for <br /> $525,030.00 and authorize the chair to sign the documents. Mr. Sherlock stated that the bid <br /> was under the estimate by $86,000.00. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for a break. <br /> 10:15 a.m. returned to session. <br /> 10. PUBLIC HEARING - 10:15 AM HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> WARPED SPORTZ ADVENTURE PARK PAINTBALL FACILITY-- Lanfear made a motion and <br /> Arnold seconded to open the public hearing for Warped Sportz Adventure Park.
