HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MARCH 21, 2017 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened March 21, 2017 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Karen Bredthauer, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Doug Lanfear, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Stephen Schuppan. Also present were <br /> County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW--Chairman Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> Request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> n and AGENDA- Richardson made a motion a d Arnold seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the March 7, 2016 meeting <br /> 2. Set the bid the bid opening for the 2016—2017 asphaltic concrete surfacing phase 2 for <br /> April 18, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. with bids due 4/17/2017 at 4:30 p.m. <br /> 3. 8 Approved Resolution #17 - 012 To close petty cash account at Home Federal Bank <br /> and amend maximum balance for inmate welfare petty cash fud to $8,000.00 <br /> 4. 9 Approved the special designated liquor licenses for Bosselman Food Service Inc., <br /> Max's Thunder Road Grill , 3335 W Wood River Road, for June 3, July 1, July 22, <br /> August 12 and August 26 for Bike Nights and June 10 for Wind &Wheels <br /> 5. 10 Regional Planning no items <br /> 6. 12 Placed on file the office reports from County Attorney statistical report, County <br /> Building Department, County Clerk and Assessor/Register of Deeds <br /> 7. 13 Place on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 14 Place on file communications <br /> 9. 18 Set the public hearing for the conditional use permit for the Paintball facility for April <br /> 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and <br /> none voted no.
