This is for the phone system and the <br /> conduit and phone jacks would be purchased. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Richardson seconded to express interest and commit to purchasing <br /> the phone system as long as it complies with the county purchasing act. Arnold, Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Quandt asked Mr. Humphrey if the floors in the office building were all level. He expressed <br /> concern that some of them are not and if the carpet it laid it will not wear well. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Bredthauer read an e mail from Mark Pomajzl with the <br /> DEQ regarding the Bosselman lagoon and the Pilot Center lagoon. He stated that these <br /> lagoons are not discharge lagoons they are self-contained and are only inspected once every 5 <br /> years unless they receive a complaint.
