RESOLUTION <br /> PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING SERVICE AGREEMENT— BK1347 <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1 <br /> Hall County, Nebraska <br /> Resolution Number: 1 j—001 <br /> Whereas: Hall County and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig have previously executed a preliminary <br /> engineering services agreement for a transportation project for which the Local Public Agency <br /> (LPA)would like to obtain Federal funds; <br /> Whereas: Hall County understands that it must continue to strictly follow all Federal, State and <br /> local laws, rules, regulations, policies and guidelines applicable to the funding of this Federal-aid <br /> project;and <br /> Whereas: Hall County and Felsburg Holt & Ullevig wish to enter into a supplemental <br /> preliminary engineering services agreement setting out modifications and/or additional duties <br /> and/or funding responsibilities for the federal aid project; and <br /> Whereas: Hall County has requested that Soft-Match be applied to ALL future Federal-aid <br /> projects and carries a credit balance sufficient to cover the match requirement for this project. <br /> Now Therefore Be It resolved: Hall County will cover eligible local match costs for this project <br /> utilizing credits from the County's Soft-Match balance. <br /> Be It Further Resolved: by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County,that: <br /> Pamela E Lancaster, Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to sign the <br /> attached Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement -- BK1347 Supplemental Agreement <br /> Number 1, and <br /> Hall County is committed to providing local funds for the project as required by the Project <br /> Program Agreement and any Supplemental Project Agreements. <br /> NDOR Project Number: BRO-7040(25) <br /> NDOR Control Number: 42322 <br /> NDOR Project Name: Grand Island Northwest <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor c JG r�•P 4 ic. cj rd ,o r� <br /> Seconded by Supervisor Ou..1:\ L0.rv.V Qt,_{' <br /> Vote: <br /> Scott Arnold For V ;Against ;Abstained • Not Present <br /> Karen Bredthauer For \/ ;Against ;Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Pamela E.
