COUNTY ATTORNEY— DISCUSSION &ACTION TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE AN <br /> ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR LEGAL SERVICES —County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf stated that <br /> the board met in executive session 2 weeks ago with Pam Bourne and discussed her terms for <br /> representation. He is asking for a motion for the board to authorize the Chair to sign the <br /> acceptance engagement letter. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Arnold seconded to authorize the Chair to sign the engagement <br /> letter for services. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan <br /> all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried <br /> 12 DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING REVALUING OF SURPLUS <br /> PROPERTY & DISPOSAL THEREOF - Lanfear stated that the county has a large amount of old <br /> equipment that is under the control of the building & grounds department and there are a lot of <br /> old metal desks that are worthless. They need to declare a value and look at a policy for the <br /> future to dispose of it. They will prepare a list of equipment that is of minimal value and bring it <br /> 2 <br />
