Quandt expressed concern regarding the glass on the dome leaking and the paint needs to be <br /> repaired. Bids were received regarding this and it will be repaired this summer. He also stated <br /> that the aint needs to be repaired. <br /> p P <br /> Lancaster expressed concern on all of the additional costs. Discussion was held to add a strip <br /> of tape on the top and bottom stairs for a safety issue. The new lighting has helped. <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated he will continue with the tax credits and asked if he should continue with <br /> the stairs and it was agreed he should <br /> 26 COURTHOUSE ANNEX AIR QUALITY- Mr. Humphrey forwarded the information from the <br /> engineer and the reports. The building has different odors and they had to replace 15 feet of <br /> cast iron sewer pipe that was cracked. The sewer line needs to be repaired but it was over <br /> $20,000.00 to do so. They have even had to break out a wall to clean out the lines. They were <br /> unable to gain access to the sally port to also maintain the lines there but they now have access <br /> to the drains. <br /> Discussion was held on the carpet in the veteran's service office. <br /> 18. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PERFORMANCE EVALUATION —Arnold made a motion and <br /> Richardson seconded to go into executive session. This executive session is to prevent <br /> needless harm and injury to an individual. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, and <br /> Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Schuppan was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 1:27 p.m. executive session <br /> 1:29 p.m. Arnold made a motion and Lanfear seconded to go out of executive session. No <br /> other subjects were discussed, no votes were taken and no action was taken. Arnold, <br /> Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Schuppan was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Arnold seconded to refer the performance evaluation to the <br /> personnel committee to present to the employee. Arnold, Bredthauer, Lancaster, Lanfear, <br /> Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no. Schuppan was absent. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished <br /> business.
