e) TERMITE TREATMENT (SHOP) —Mr. Humphrey stated that they had a back room at the <br /> shop and decided to clean it out and to make space to lay out plans. When they moved the <br /> cabinet they found termites so the building will need to be treated. <br /> 18. EXECUTIVE SESSION-PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Lancaster made a motion and <br /> Richardson seconded to go into executive session. This executive session is to prevent <br /> needless harm or injury to an individual. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12:29 p.m. Executive session <br /> 12:33 p.m. Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Arnold stated that no other subjects were discussed, no votes were taken and no action was <br /> a d oacto s <br /> taken. Motion carried. <br /> Lanfear made a motion and Richardson seconded to refer the evaluation to the personnel <br /> committee to present to the employee. Motion carried. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS --Chairman Arnold called for new or unfinished business <br /> and no one responded. <br /> The meeting was recessed until 2:30 p.m. for the facilities tour. The board will reconvene in the <br /> board room. Mr. Purdy will not be attending the facilities tour. The rest of the board members <br /> will be attending. <br /> 2:30 p.m. reconvened the meeting. <br /> The facilities committee met and reviewed the bids. The legal ad for the bid opening was <br /> published in the paper 2 times. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Lanfear seconded to accept the low bid from Carpet Plus for the <br /> Courthouse. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Purdy was absent. Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Humphrey reviewed the process that will be used for the facilities tour. He stated that there <br /> will be a representative from the Game & Parks Department tomorrow to look at the federal <br /> building and address the child support renovations. Discussion was held on the historical sign <br /> for the federal building. <br /> Meeting recessed for the facilities tour.
