9:10 a.m. Held a Board of Equalization meeting. <br /> 10:32 Adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular meeting. <br /> 9. 10:15 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING CONDITIONAL USE FOR USCDOC NEBRASKA KANSAS - <br /> Richard made a motion and Purdy seconded to open the public hearing for the conditional use <br /> for USDOC Nebraska Kansas. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Loran Humphrey was present and stated that this is a renewal of a conditional use permit for a <br /> US Cellular communications tower located at 789 Schultz Road Doniphan, NE, it is on a farm <br /> site and they rent the property from the land owner. He stated that it was hard to locate the <br /> owners of the tower. There have been no complaints and they do a good job maintaining the <br /> property. <br /> No one requested to address the board at the public hearing. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Richardson seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Y p g <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION FOR MEETING -The affidavit of publication is on file. <br /> 9A) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON APPLICATION OF USCOC NEBRASKA <br /> KANSAS LLC FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT— Purdy made a motion and Lanfear <br /> seconded to approve Resolution 16-014 for the renewal for the conditional use permit for 5 <br /> years. <br /> Mr. Zitterkopf stated that he dated this to start when the last permit expired. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the conditional use permit was taken. Arnold, Lanfear, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Lancaster was not <br /> present for the vote. Motion carried. <br /> 3 <br />
