She also talked to Joseph Potter in Fort Worth, TX and was reminded that the county will have to lease the office to the IRS and maintain the security as it is today. There is a lengthy document to review and she referred this to Jack. They would not need to sign until the property was deeded over to the county. 14. EXECUTIVE SESSION — PERFORMANCE EVALUATION - Lancaster made a motion and Richardson seconded to go into executive session for the performance evaluation. This executive session is to prevent needles harm or injury to an individual. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. 12:47 P. M. executive session 12:51 p.m. Schuppan made a motion and Richardson to go out of executive session. No other subjects were discussed, no votes were taken and no action was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. Lancaster made a motion and Purdy seconded to present the evaluation to the personnel committee to present to the employee. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. Chairman Arnold called for any other new or unfinished business and no one responded.
