12:11 p.m. executive session <br /> 12:29 p.m. Lanfear made a motion and Schuppan seconded to go out of executive session. No <br /> other subjects were discussed no votes were taken and no action was taken. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson <br /> was not present. She was excused from the meeting. . <br /> 18. APPROVE BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS AND REGULAR CLAIMS —The board members <br /> received the board preapproval list. Schuppan made a motion and Lanfear seconded to <br /> approve the bi weekly pay claims and regular claims. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson was not present. She was <br /> excused from the meeting. . <br /> 22. COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS Chairman Arnold called for committee of <br /> board member reports. He thanked the board members for their cooperation on the committee <br /> assignments. <br /> 23. BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT - no report <br /> 24. FACILITIES AGENDA— <br /> a) DISCUSS & APPROVE CHANGE ORDER#8 FOR 3R13 FLOOR COURTROOM CEILING <br /> LIGHTS - Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve change order#8 for the <br /> courtroom ceiling lights. Lanfear stated that the Historical Society would like the old light bulbs <br /> they are from 1920. Discussion was held and there is also the additional 20% for the contractor <br /> and the engineer included in the total cost of the change order. <br /> Quandt asked if the electrician from the building &grounds department couldn't so some of the <br /> electrical work. Arnold noted that there would be a time factor, it is a big job. Lanfear stated <br /> that this is not a one person job. <br /> The vote on the motion to approve the change order was taken. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, <br /> Purdy, and Schuppan all voted yes and Quandt voted no. Richardson was not present.
